Last Fall (2023) I hired Tatsen Olden and his crew to repair and re-seal my driveway in Eagle, Co. The Driveway was in pretty poor shape and I was concerned that it might have to be completely Demoed and replaced if it didn't receive some serious attention quickly. Tatsen went way beyond what I was expecting. He took days in cleaning and prepping the surface including filling cracks ( up to 2" wide) and other faults. and then laid down 2 very heavy coats of high quality sealer. Keep in mind that this was late October and the nights were getting very cold. He worked over the weekend to beat the incoming weather. His pricing was more than fair in my opinion and the outcome was great !! Tatsen communicated with me through the entire process. Over the summer of 2021 in June, Tatsen Olden, the owner of High Country Asphalt completed the resurfacing of our parking lot for Alpine Bank located in Eagle CO. The first step in this process was meeting up with Tatsen to discuss how the work was performed. He provided a full estimate / bid proposal that broke down the different types of work being performed and their cost. Once work began he was in charge of keeping pedestrians and traffic out of the designated work zone while managing a crew of 3 other individuals. The parking lot was first swept, scrubbed and blown off to remove all dirt and debris. Following the cleaning, all cracks were filled using a highway rated hot pour rubber crack filler. After all cracks had been filled, the seal-coat was applied by both hand and mechanized equipment. The final step in the job was striping the parking lot so that it was ADA compliant for handicap as well.
