Matt Odhner

President

Matt started Quick Lot in 2015 after previously working mostly in finance. Matt works in the office and is willing to step in to help in all roles. Matt is always accessible to co-workers and clients and ready to help wherever possible. Matt lives in Meadowbrook, PA with his wife, 3 children and dog.

Jared Odhner

Jared helped start Quick Lot in 2015 performing work in the field with his brother Matt. He now utilizes his knowledge from the field to complete our detailed estimates for our customers. Jared grew up in Bryn Athyn, PA and is the second of the Odhner brothers. Jared spent much of his career prior to Quick Lot managing residential painting crews with other companies. Taking the on-the-job training gained from that work experience, Jared joined Quick Lot and quickly became a key asset. He brings a work ethic comparable to none and an attention to detail that serves well on every job.

Greg Odhner

Greg Odhner spent his career in landscape management at The Brickman Group and Aspen Grove Landscape Companies helping to grow both to become national leaders in their industry. Now Greg is helping Quick Lot develop and implement processes to enable it to better serve clients, grow and meet strategic goals. Greg lives in Bryn Athyn, PA with his wife and 3 dogs and enjoys being an outdoorsman.

Seth Odhner

Seth joined his brothers at Quick Lot in 2024 with over twenty years of Operational, Sales, and Estimating excellence. His role as Vice President of Operations is driven with a focus on Safety, Employee Training, and the development and deployment of LEAN Management Processes to improve quality through the elimination of waste. His motto is "Get it right or do it twice!" In his free time Seth enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his hobbies like woodworking, archery, fly fishing, and cooking.

Lee Detweiler

Lee became an important asset to the Quick Lot team after joining in 2024. He started in the field here and with over 35 years of experience, quickly became our Operations Manager. His valuable expertise in all areas of the field help to support our staff through scheduling, dispatching and prepping jobs. When Lee isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking care of his prized Corvette.

Ross Kaufman

Ross Kaufman joined the Quick Lot team in 2024. After 14 years in the healthcare industry, he made a bold and inspiring career shift into the world of construction. Drawing on a strong foundation in people management, organization, and compliance, he now serves as the Assistant Operations Manager handling all of Quick Lot’s HR & Administrative needs. Ross brings a fresh perspective and a passion for supporting both field and office teams, ensuring operations run smoothly and employees feel valued. From onboarding to office management, his experience and adaptability help build a stronger, more connected workplace. Ross grew up next door to the President of Quick Lot, Matt, and they have been friends since childhood. When he’s not working, Ross enjoys spending time with his family, friends and pursuing hobbies like cooking, working out and gardening.
